THE BOOK · THE CENTRAL MESSAGE

From a Generation That Endures Disease to a Generation That Prevents It

YOU ARE NOT THE GENERATION THAT WAITS FOR ILLNESS TO STRIKE.

YOU ARE THE GENERATION THAT CHOOSES PREVENTION.

We are living longer than ever, but not always healthier.

The gap between lifespan and healthspan can be nearly 18 years.

Will those added years become a blessing or a burden?

Prevention is the key.

The choices we make today can shape the health we have ten years from now.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Science you can
actually use.

A Practical, Evidence-Based Guide to Preventive Medicine and Healthy Longevity

Illness does not strike overnight. It develops slowly over years, even decades. When warning signs are addressed before disease takes hold, the body often has a chance to return to a healthier state.

Drawing on a review of more than 600 medical studies, this book translates complex medical research into practical, quantitative guidance.

WHAT TO DO, HOW MUCH, AND HOW OFTEN.

Rather than simply telling readers to live healthier lives, the book explains the evidence behind medical recommendations and how to apply them according to individual needs and circumstances.

01

Evidence-based

Hundreds of studies carefully evaluated and translated into accessible guidance.

02

Quantitative

Not vague advice, but practical targets: what to do, how much, and how often.

03

Connected

An integrated approach to diet, screening, medication, supplements, and meditation.

INSIDE THE BOOK

Seven areas. One prevention mindset.

01Diabetes PreventionNutrition, carbohydrate and protein intake, weight management, metabolic health, the Paleolithic diet, and TMAO.
02Atherosclerosis PreventionCholesterol, cardiovascular risk factors, statin therapy, dietary supplements, dietary fats, cooking oils including olive oil, polyphenols, and the Mediterranean diet.
03Dementia PreventionModifiable and genetic risk factors, including APOE, cognitive reserve, sleep, repetitive head impacts in sports, alcohol consumption, dietary supplements, shingles vaccination, oligomeric amyloid-beta, and the MIND diet.
04Immune HealthImmunosenescence, impaired immune function versus chronic inflammation, exercise, antioxidants, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, chronic inflammatory diseases, leaky gut, and the gut microbiome.
05Cancer PreventionCancer risk assessment and management, early detection, liquid biopsy, radiation exposure risks, and evidence-based screening recommendations.
06Dietary SupplementsEvidence on vitamins B, C, D, and K, calcium, selenium, omega-3 fatty acids, and NMN, including recommended daily allowances and safe supplementation.
07MeditationThe relationship between mind, body, and health, and the three levels of underlying causes of disease development.

The goal is not simply to provide more health information, but to make medical knowledge more usable—helping readers understand how to apply it to their own needs and circumstances.
